Sarah was instantly attracted to the high intensity and excitement of the real estate market watching her Mothers’ attentiveness and dedication growing up as a child. This quickly developed into a passion for her as she spent many years going on appointments and doing errands for the office.
Growing up in Georgina as an avid equestrian, Sarah competed in Eventing and took every opportunity to spend time in the barn participating at local riding academies. With hopes of developing a niche within the real estate industry, Sarah was determined to find a post secondary program that could combine her drive for business and respect for the environment. She ultimately fulfilled this goal by graduating with an honours degree in Bio-Resource Management, majoring in Equine Management from the University of Guelph in 2013.
Throughout University, Sarah had the opportunity to work with various promotional companies and was able to develop her networking and marketing skills. Her outgoing and positive character creates an inviting atmosphere in any situation as she approaches every new challenge with a cheerful sense of creativity and integrity. Under the mentorship of her mother, Shirley Anne, Sarah is able to provide valuable in depth knowledge of the Georgina real estate market and surrounding areas. Sarah is very excited to have the opportunity to make a difference in the community by utilizing her skills and knowledge gained throughout her education to help clients feel comfortable and enjoy the process while selling or purchasing a home.
Personally, Sarah is most passionate about agriculture, animals and the environment; however, in her spare time or on a Sunday afternoon you can find Sarah spending time in the kitchen, cooking with a French culinary flare, gained from classes at Le Cordon Bleu or trying a new recipe to satisfy her sweet tooth. Volunteering whenever possible, Sarah has completed 25+ hours of build time for Habitat for Humanity. She has also taken time to work at the Georgina animal shelter and organized various equine events hosted by the University of Guelph.
